When I get home, I'm going to wrap up the Fallout 3: Mothership Zeta expansion. Waiting on my doorstep from Amazon is Tales of Vesperia, so this weekend will consist of Tales with a sprinkling of 'Splosion Man. I may throw in some 1 vs. 100 for good measure.

@Bokusatsu_Tenshi: That's a great point. Every time I played this I would end up craving sushi, and if I walk through the door of one of my spots, it's $40 at the minimum, if I'm being good. Now I need some chirashi. Or maybe nome nigiri, that picture is making my tummy rumbly.

@(zombie) buddhathing: Grrrr... the link w/ info about pregnancy and fish is at www dot slate dot com slash id slash 2160280... For some reason I'm having trouble embedding a hotlink in my comment today. I tried pasting the link in, and the script automatically turned it into a non-working link.

@bakagaijin: There are problems with the assumption that pregnant women should not eat fish. The warnings about fish consumption are based on a study of around 1000 kids born in the Faeroe Islands, conducted in the 80's. The results conflicted with a larger, multi-year test conducted in the Seychelles. Governments

@Nubius isn't on vacation...: Yeah... my kids and I will be all over this game... it would be nice if you could play a sound file of someone pronouncing the terms correctly.

@bableebooblah-new and improved.: Now, having lived for awhile in Deutschland as a youth, I do love 'Salat-Mayonnaise' on my Pomme-Frittes (also mushroom gravy and curry ketchup). But that's a metric fuck-tonne of Mayo, and I have to side with the haters and express my disgust. That poor tray looks as though it would

Tim, (May I call you Tim? The alternative seems awkward) that was great. I had to wait until after work to digest it, but please know that you are appreciated. The tl:dr crowd can eff themselves. They're probably no better at that than anything else. I am myself up over the length of a 'tweet' so I'm sure they won't

@Curse_Lily: I just got super confused with apparently two threads intertwined... thought Bubble Buddy's comment started a new thread, then thought you were replying to him... I'm better now.

@salaminizer: Yes, working, if I were home I'd be finishing up Mothership Zeta and starting 'Splosion Man. Have to take care of business before Shadow Complex drops.

@actn: Absolutely.

@StealthMaster86: I don't know about your comment, but I wholeheartedly approve of your avatar. But normally I take Master Chief's position.

I'm not sure that Microsoft sent out a directive to rip of LBP, they probably employ an ad agency, but somebody had to notice. They could have easily achieved the same effect with a song by Architecture in Helsinki, or the Polyphonic Spree or say, 'Feel Good By Numbers' off the same effin' album by The Go! Team.

That's Incredible!

@'360 Fanboy: There are some individual posts that have raised an eyebrow, but for the most part I wouldn't consider the profanity on Kotaku to be excessive. It's pretty PG-13 here, maybe it gets a little crazy during Brian 'Maximum Risky' Aschcraft's Delicate Flower Hour, but then if one is easily offended, it's

@MrBionic: The new commenting system isn't always compatible with IE6, which is the browser at my workplace. When I'm home I do try to comment, but I've got to game, too! Talk amongst yourselves is of course the most affected, as the voluminous nature of the comments sometimes prevents them from loading. And for some

@MyMomNamedMeJon: Age of consent is 13, but for practical purposes varies from prefecture to prefecture. Driving age is 18. Age of majority/adulthood is 20.
