no its not you loose those games GamePass you have no ownership of games buddy you can only play 720p on mobile so xbox is basically expecting you to play it then buy it where stadia a stand alone platform that needs devs to actually port games over you can play when you want as long as you want

because its a standalone platform GFN is a pc extension and same time you can not once again CAN NOT play all your games from your PC as devs have pulled out long time ago
