I have a lot of friends that work on oil rigs. They all back into their spots at the rig because if something goes wrong and they need to get to a safe distance quick they can get in and go.

I didn’t think this needed explaining but I guess it does. In a top ten list you lead up to number one, not start with. Any dramatic interest is lost if the first thing you see is the number one moment.

This isn’t illegal though. Legally speaking this is the equivalent of someone yelling a racial slur at another individual at Walmart. Walmart could kick them out of the store but they won’t face any legal ramifications. It all falls under free speech.

Of course it’s acceptable to not follow their own rule. They made an arbitrary rule and they can choose to follow it or not follow it as long as it stays within legal bounds. Since it’s their rule they can decide how loosely or strictly to enforce it.
