If the premise of an ‘interesting’ story is based upon the idiocy that you can mine from Twitter, then it’s pretty much always going to be a win for the author. Doesn’t matter the subject, whether it’s as socially important as race, or totally irrelevant like... idk, name anything... Twitter WILL provide you

I mean, if Hillary Clinton comes out with ANOTHER book this quickly after losing an election, and titles it “What Happened,” I think SHE may have a complete inability to move on, no?

does junior sumo exist? that should be a thing.

you should have made a sudden departure from this thread much earlier.

I am here because I read things on here almost everyday, and her photo just so happens to be a ‘thing’ that was chosen to be published. So, no, hating didn’t bring me here.

She looks like a fuckin’ idiot. I don’t hate Black women. Understand? It’s pretty easy.

Driven in Chicago for multiple years. This is a fascinating debate to me, it seems like everyone wants to qualify their dangerous and discourteous driving due to all of these outside factors like surprise jaywalkers, bad light timing, city traffic that FORCES them to block and intersection. I have agreed in these

I am confused, it sounds like you encourage people to creep into the intersection if you live in South Dakota, but then are infuriated by people who block intersections when caught after the light switches. Am I misunderstanding?

Oh please, let’s hear the mean comment :)

Of course.

I guess I just don’t see that scenario in which you are behind a line of cars, and you can see how quickly they are moving through an intersection, and you subsequently getting caught in the intersection isn’t your fault. You get right up to the moment of truth, your turn to enter the intersection on a green. Is

I hear you, I live in Chicago. However, I sold my car ~5 years ago and have been public trans/biking/walking since. It does amaze me though, this phenomenon of getting caught in the intersection. MAYBE, maybe, every once in awhile traffic will stop so abruptly that you do innocently get caught in the intersection

You don’t edge out into an intersection when there is even a chance that you would get caught if traffic ahead of you stops.
