It’s basically a spacecraft’s equivalent to Tom Brady winning a Super Bowl at 43.

Better break out the organ and light board just in case.

Clearly this is just NASA trying to drum up interest in the director’s cut.

Hey there is a 45 year old pocket calculator on the other side of the ocean and you need to fix it using a 45 year old walkie talkie.

Uh oh....

Not sure about where you are, but if something looks really illegal on a vehicle here, it usually means a cop owns it.

People that go into journalism often aren’t big into math.

The ID.4 is ~25% more in Germany vs US. Some Napkin math puts the Buzz at $50k.

Jalopnik REALLY should have some form of style book for how to talk about foreign car prices in a consistent way, especially when relating them to US cars in USD.

After the deal was said and done with my most recent car purchase in 2012, when they were “bringing the car around after the final inspection” I instructed them to remove not just their license plate frame but also the dealer identification they glued on the back near the car model name.  I got 1/2 a dirty look from

Volkswagen Commercial Vehicles has announced that prices for the ID Buzz electric van will start at 54,430 euros ($57,220) in Germany for the Cargo version and 64,581 euros ($67,891) for the five-seat passenger Pro version.

Boy, you know you’ve pissed people off when your actions inspire Bi-Partisan legislation.

Choice of GPS apps with live traffic, Choice of music streaming service with a legit interface, better sound quality than bluetooth, and most importantly a big easy interface so you can do what you need to without pulling over or having to wrestle with a tiny phone screen. My question wouldn’t be “Why do you need

Waze or Google Maps on a bigger screen, with a better line of sight, and without having to touch your phone, is the reason.

Seriously, what’s not to get about having your music/podcasts from your phone, easily controllable from the vehicle, as well as navigation?

Waze, spotify ... So you don’t have to check the navigation option nor subscribe to Sirius.

Touchscreen allows for a lot more features that an array of button would ever allows unless ending up with something like this, that is no way less distracting.

Eh, to each their own. Personally I find it a lot easier to interact with a 10“ screen that’s fixed to the dash than to fumble with the 5.5" screen on my phone, especially since I have yet to find a phone mount that’s both convenient and doesn’t dump my phone on the floor every time I hit a bump. This way the phone
