I don’t think it is fair to blame this on a particular party. Both are susceptible to the influence of big donors. They’re also answerable (to some degree) to stakeholders in their state. The influence of corruption is, definitionally, divorced from ideology.

And you should drive what you want. If driving a large truck or SUV when gas prices are high doesn’t bother you then more power to you.

I honestly don’t see how any of this is possible. Dealerships are there to PROTECT THE CONSUMER from the evil manufacturer. You must have been mistaken.

Even crazier, I looked under the hood and it says Toyota on the engine cover! What the hell is going on here?!

Hell if you do pop the hood all you see is plastic anyway, so most people aren’t interested/don’t bother. But if you were buying the car for the performance? I would at least have a look see.

Dat trucoat tho...

Yes, if you bother to look at all you can get LED bulbs that are indistinguishable from an incandescent. You want the Soft White bulbs rather than the day light ones.

FCA building trucks, SUVs & crossovers.

You’ll need to get that trucoat or the batteries will fall right out, It’s apllied at the factory we can not take it off.

It’s very disappointing that regulation is stopping a business model from being tested to see if it is successful. Talk about regressive economics.

Neutral: Too bad they can’t get more Republicans on board this idea — there’s nothing more free markety than a new car company selling direct to consumers without excessive middlemen or protectionism.

Three. They take more steel than you think.

Well, it helps that you don’t have to line the pockets of the entire executive management staff at Lockheed-Martin.

You want a car with added ride height, but don’t want a crossover? What do you think a crossover is?

Pretty sure you inadvertently just described everything on the internet with that rant as well.

I will miss the 200. I drove one for two weeks. The interior and trunk make excellent use of the space. The center console is hella useful. I planned to hate the 4-cyl or the transmission at first, but I drove 2000 miles without really disliking them. Had plenty of power for three people and their luggage. Never felt

you forget, we live in a time where everything is black or white. You’re either with us or against us. You’re either a pansy-ass liberal, or a bible-thumping conservative. Everything either sucks, or it rocks. So yeah, if a car isn’t an absolute A+ at everything* then it’s an utter piece of shit. if something isn’t at

Fiat is the young buyer’s thing, I guess

That’s basically most FCA though, isn’t it? Very snazzy looking, but once you spend some time with many of their products, you realize it just isn’t that well executed.
