Trump’s next incredibly stupid stunt, that is worse than the last, will most likely be him pre-emptively pardoning Flynn and thinking it will end the scandal.

“Trump Team” includes future (temporary) President Pence who was the head of the transition. Which means he knew and he moved ahead with it.

This presidency has been getting weaker and weaker ever since Nov 9. The FBI has been working on this case the whole time. They probably have a pretty big case and lots of evidence already. Trump is done, it is just a matter of when and how much he wants to fight before he is put out of his misery.

This scandal will take him out too. Also pretty sure he is almost as stupid as all the rest.

Replacement requires congressional approval. With Ford, the Congress told Nixon that Ford was the guy they would approve so he had to appoint him.

Which is basically everyone in the country except for most of the people who voted for him.

Just long enough for him to appoint a VP that has been pre-approved by Congress to replace him when he too resigns in disgrace.

If he tries to fire Mueller, the same thing that started happening after Comey got fired will start happening again: namely, the people who had been working on the investigation will drop some new bombshell every 24 hours until trump is dust.

So how long until Trump (stupidly) pardons Flynn for all his crimes in a (futile) effort to stop all of this?

The fact that any of these guys took a job in the administration in the first place is a sizable clue that maybe they do not have as much self respect or honor as they convinced people that they had in the first place. So maybe we should not be surprised when they let Trump vaporize their reputations so easily. 

Don’t forget that SEVEN MILLION more people voted against Trump when you count third party voters.

So this speech is literally the most unsurprising thing he has done in months.
