I just saw a 42" (or maybe 46") glasses-less 3D LCD at the NVIDIA GPU conference (I forget what company it was showing it off, but it wasn't Toshiba). It was neat, but the picture didn't look very sharp at all. Not sure if the same tech is in these TVs, but I doubt the first couple generations will be worth it.

"My earliest memories of Weatherbug are cleaning it from relatives' spyware-riddled Compaqs."

@SlimDan22: This has many of the Russian photos I think you are referring to, including the one from this article.

Disrupting weather patterns to this extent never has sat well with me. It just feels like a recipe for an even bigger disaster.

Flip Burger guy could not have any creepier smile there. I am almost certain he just molested me.

@moonshadowkati: It also bleeds for some reason. Maybe I need a new keyboard.

The lag makes me want to murder. Reminds me of my old iPhone 3G.

@DWD: I don't write for a living and I have that same twitch. Ctrl-S is practically the same as a period in my world.

@Red Rocket: Even better, I bought a used Macbook off eBay for $600. I'll take my $100 and free laptop now. Thanks.

Thousands of years ago...

@werk: Ooops! Sorry, I did completely miss that.

@Limbero: You misunderstand. We Americans have a drawer dedicated to a few dozen potato peelers, all just slightly different from each other but do the exact same thing in the end.

@Stephen Simpson: Wow, that is very impressive. I'd love to see that work. My past testing with Atom processors never got even close to 30. If it can handle 90 then I'd actually consider buying one.
