100% agree. If I were the fiancée on the other end of this, I’d want to know what kind of filth I married ASAFP.
Call me drastic but isn’t the normal response to this situation to want to chop his dick off? Or at least Carrie Underwood style personal property destruction? I’m not saying you would/should act on those feelings but as someone that has been blindsided by a long distance cheater I can speak from experience that my…
Oh, hell no. He doesn’t deserve happiness. You AIR THIS SHIT OUT to the wife’s family by any means necessary, as quickly as possible. Annulments are easier than divorces.
Noooooooo, not really. What would happen first is the NFLPA would probably file a lawsuit against the NFL for violating their collective bargaining rights, at which point an independent counsel would decided whether or not Goodell has the authority, based on the league’s constitution, to arbitrarily hand out…
It was a stupid opinion the first time you posted it, and it’s still stupid the second time. You care to keep going?
I think my favorite thing about all the think pieces on Ballers so far is how angry people are getting that the show is actually showing the reality of the NFL, and how, yeah, sometimes it fucking sucks to be young, rich, and wealthy when you have no idea what you’re getting into and what that might potentially mean.
Simple. If you make the F-16s (as well as the F-15s and F-18s) any better than they already are, there would be no need for the JSF...
Reducing pedestrian deaths is great, however, reducing it to zero is impossible in a real life situation. That is the way statistics and the world works.
There are places where 25 makes sense, but, there are so many it does not. There are so many streets that turn into multilane limited access highway type roads, and they have a 25 mph speed limit. For example at Atlantic and Eastern Pkwy, there is a section like that. Although it isn’t very long, 25 is a ridiculous…
I always thought the Henry Hudson Parkway north of the George Washington Bridge but before the toll to cross into the Bronx was a little ridiculous. Yes, it is curvy, but it is also 3 or 4 lanes wide. IIRC it has a 35 mph speed limit that everyone promptly ignores
The entirety of the Capitol Beltway. The speed limit is 55 mph. You’ll be run off the road if you’re doing anything less than 65 mph, and the fast lane typically hits 70-75 mph. All of this in the absence of traffic, of course.
Not really anything all that special. Just another fly ball to left that landed without Hanley Ramirez catching it.
You’re obviously not a golfer man.
I’d put a caveat on that—talk therapy with no defined goal and end date is a scam. A good therapist will help you define goals, develop a timeline for meeting them, and frankly will push you out of the nest if things linger to the point where it’s clear they’re not helping.
If you’re being hired to, among other things, kiss people on the mouth on camera, it seems like a reasonable question.
Well, in NYC pedestrians are the vast majority (outnumbers car ownership by 3 to 1 or so) so contrary to your false assertion, the new speed limit in fact does not cater to the minority. The main reason why the speed limit has been brought down from 30 to 25 mph is due to survivability. When a pedestrian gets struck…
