Yeah, definitely don’t buy a bike made in Taiwan. Buy a set of leathers made in Tunisia? No problem.

Well, OK, I suppose, but make sure you’re in a non-recourse state before you go that route. If the house is destroyed by flooding, that doesn’t eliminate your mortgage obligation.

“A statement obtained by Mediaite said the church was “prepared to house people once shelters reach capacity.””

Ah, got it. I would have moved McMahon up to #2 - when he wasn’t hurt, he was actually not terrible.

To the best of my knowledge, none of the NYC hospitals have helipads. Certainly none of the Manhattan hospitals do.

Rooftop helipads are illegal in NYC, sorry. :(

Cutler is the THIRD best QB in Bears history. Don’t forget Sid Luckman.

Out of curiosity, is there anything which actually prevents a coach from doing this? Not putting the player names on the jerseys, and scrambling the numbers?

Thanks!

For those of us not as familiar with the lingo, what’s a “shoot?” Is it a match that’s being televised?

I had an SLK for a rental a year or so ago, and, I have to say, while it’s wildly impractical (one rollaboard BARELY fit in the trunk with the top down), it’s really just a lot of fun to go tooling around in.

Yup, can’t unsee it now.

...the difference between a cheap watch and a expensive watch is the cheap ones don’t keep time like the expensive ones, and the expensive ones look nicer.

***On a side note, adding police sirens randomly to the background for music should also be unacceptable.***

Basic rental car rule: if you go over a speed bump, and don’t hear the undercarriage scrape, you could have done that faster.

Hey, again, I definitely don’t think you need to speed up to let these guys past, but intentionally slowing down to punish them is really no different than, if you’re in the middle lane and see one coming up in the left hand lane, moving over to the left to block them. In both cases, you’re changing your driving

Or just include it in the Amazon app on your phone, just read the barcode.

Really? For every dollar AMC takes in, they make about 3 cents in profit. It’s not a wildly profitable business.

One would assume that Moviepass would have some pretty significant adverse selection issues. The people most likely to sign up are the people who go to a lot of movies.

AMC makes a margin of roughly 3%, it’s not what I’d call a wildly profitable business.
