Recently I've been watching reruns of Gilmore Girls on Up. That's a channel — Up. It's a feel-good Christian channel and they bleeped Rory saying 'hell' in one of the episodes. And yet, I will still watch this show whenever it's on, whatever stupid ass channel it's on.

Based on the $4400 DD wager, I was really concerned that Michael would not know how much to bet on FJ and would screw the pooch. I also actually did start to like Matt today, I think it was because it was such a competitive game and not him annihilating his opponents like a soulless machine.

When is the TOC actually starting? I'm very concerned it's going to get bumped for the World Series in my neck of the woods. And by 'concerned' I mean 'borderline homicidal'.

"Matt returned from the first commercial break by announcing he was going for a category sweep, which is a move I don't recall seeing before." I think he wanted to remind the audience so they would clap for him if/when he got the answer right.

I immediately thought of cordon bleu but then I started thinking that it was named after some kind of cooking prize and that it was a stupid answer.

***SPOILERS FOR YEARS-OLD MOVIE***
We rented that one rainy afternoon — BF fell asleep pretty quickly and only woke up once I started yelling at the TV when they revealed that the 'real' Shakespeare was Queen Elizabeth's son. What a crock of shit that whole movie was.

If they'd started at the top of the category it would have eliminated a lot of options — not the one she guessed incorrectly though so maybe it made no difference. Also I forgot that Lindsay Graham was running for president.

A shared love of WWII bombers! He named his cat Enola Gay! I actually can't remember if this was this guy or a guy from a previous night this week.

Read a few pretty short books over the past week (all under 300 pages):
'The Vanishing of Katherina Linden' by Helen Grant — I thought this was going to be a creepy take on German folklore and fairy tales but ended up being a pretty straightforward (and obvious) mystery.
'The Impossible Lives of Greta Wells' by Andrew

The clue didn't say FIRST, it said ONLY.

Agreed, I think the young 2 are adorable, I 99.9% of the time I hate children on TV.

I get irate whenever I hear the line 'Someone tattooed her on purpose!' in the ads. Like, of course someone did it on purpose. Has anyone ever accidentally given someone tattoos over their entire body?

Yeah I couldn't tell if Natalie is actually that strong or if she ran up against 2 weak opponents (Audrey not being weak per se but clearly having a very bad day at the office). I guess we'll find out tonight.

Remember though they threw it right before halftime and it got intercepted for a TD — and everyone was killing them for throwing it and not running. So that was probably also a factor in the decision to run it.

Eeeeexcellent!!!

You're probably giving this more thought than this show deserves. He probably looked up a list of medieval names on Wikipedia and picked something that he liked.

Does Katy Sagal do an accent in this? I need to know if Katy Sagal does an accent. I assume not or else the review would likely have mentioned how terrible it was.

Mike ('the Miz') from Back to NY is a very successful wrestler with WWE.

Not sure if I'm more excited for new episodes of Jeopardy, or for the recaps of new episodes of Jeopardy.

AKA the Donald Trump approach to life.
