I honestly don’t know if NASCAR can really be saved. There isn’t much left to salvage, IMO. I do think road courses would be far more interesting, and higher speeds on the bigger would be more exciting.

This vehicle design would actually be decent as a military vehicle, where bullet-proof panels, impact-resistant windows, and an angular design (to deflect projectiles) would actually be beneficial. Such vehicles are usually limited in speed, so that impacts will not be as dangerous to the occupants.
