Those LED spotlights are incredibly handy. Most of them are touch-to-activate. You just give the surface a quick slap and it comes alive. It works especially well inside cabinet-doors, which might not otherwise get enough lighting to see the items stored within...
I am a big fan of the "1-year box" rule; fill a box with items you don't use often, but can't yet bear to throw out. Label it with the date. After a year, if you have not opened the box to retrieve an item, throw the whole box out (or sell the items within, if they have any significant value).
As a side note; that cheese grater in the video is another fantastic multi-tasker; the classic tools really are the best. None of that Slap-Chop bullcrap.
