Fairchild company was renamed several times. During 1961-64 it was Fairchild Stratos. And they didn’t do much aircraft development during this phase. In 1964 they were renamed again but they still had Stratos Division. But this division didn’t do much aircraft development either.

I don’t think Lancia needs a Stratos halo car to sell rebadged Chryslers.

Because you can’t micromanage if the employees are home. I’ve had multiple jobs that could be done remotely. And at each one where this was denied, I had someone from management that would hover over my shoulder a couple times a day. Even if they weren’t my actual manager.
