Lando being a McLaren driver, more than anything, is what makes me glad that the Ron Dennis era is over.  Not to take anything from his accomplishments (I became a fan of McLaren’s F1 team under his watch), but there is no way he would’ve let Lando be as... Lando, as he is.

I think the youngest, newest generation of racing driver is turning the tide. It’s cliche at this point to say “the sport is sanitized and full of PR-friendly answers and no fun.”

This has taken on the feeling of VH1, “Behind The Music” - except instead of some giant cocaine and alcohol fueled meltdown, it’s rust.
