Yeah his ticket is punched for the foreseeable. His performance has been good enough on-track, and his burst of popularity among groups that don’t tend to watch NASCAR means a bigger team would take a punt on him, since he’ll come with cash too.

RPM has been struggling a bit and despite Bubba hauling their car to some reasonably good finishes, a small struggling team is still going to have a really hard time actually getting him wins. It’s a surprise that it sort of came out of nowhere afaik, but not so much that it’s happening but more that there weren’t…
Re: Duncan Idaho, he’s always been portrayed as a swashbuckling, rough and tumble soldier in the previous film versions so I think Momoa is a perfect fit. It’s been far too long since I read the books but as I recall one of the major subplots is how he grows throughout the story.

F1's biggest problems are based on safety improvements (cars don’t look fast when the downforce is good and the dirty air makes close racing difficult), reliability improvements (if cars don’t break down, the top team always wins), and an apparent lack of road relevance failing to justify the gargantuan expense.
WEC clashing with an SRO race is... not a difficult choice to make.
The shredded chicken is the only meat I can buy from taco bell and not feel immediately ashamed of my own poor taste, it is legit perfectly fine fast food. Their ‘steak’ is awful.
No more shredded chicken?? What the fuck that’s the only good meat on the menu! And where are my goddamned cheese fries you bastards.
Ryanair gets a foothold in America.
Yeah, this is just extremely smart marketing with an eye towards the future. I’d happily fly Delta because of their mask enforcement and things like this in the long term, because eventually we’ll get past this pandemic.
