“Light trucks” are largely exempt from the emissions requirements of passenger cars and CUVs (which are based on passenger cars anyway).  It’s a massive regulatory loophole that should never have existed, and the manufacturers have spent years figuring out how to exploit it to the utmost.

I’d say it’s a fair price for a properly restored Europa, but yeah you definitely want to have it looked over by a qualified tech and there aren’t exactly a lot of them around.
