It’s a lot of money to roll the dice. Usually the way to go with buying a modded car is, at minimum, full documentation where a well respected shop did the work, but ideally you’d personally know the seller and know the motivation behind the mods and how it’s been driven.
Racing requires money, which Aston ran out of some time ago. Now Stroll’s got a bauble for his growing car empire and a sponsor for his mediocre son’s team. I wonder what this will do to Aston Martin Red Bull Racing, I assume there are contracts to unwind there.
