Cocteau Twins are totally on the Kate Bush spectrum — Carolyn’s Fingers is amazing. The best Goodwill CD purchase I ever made was a Never Mind The Mainstream compilation disc. I bought it in college and carried it around on my laptop for years before I ever listened (thinking I already ‘got’ the whole 90s MTV thing).
