@acidrain69: Snap, I didn't know they're venomous too. I want one even more now.

I want a platypus to sit on my shoulder. Bonus points if it's an attack platypus.
Yeah... well intentioned, but hugely bad idea.
You know I used to have a Blockbuster Online account, way back in the day. The in-store exchanges were great, and I loved that we could keep the exchanged movie as long as we wanted (although I didn't really understand why). Then they tried to switch their pricing to better compete with Redbox by renting for $1 a…
@Deftly: You know I've got to agree. I was going as far as pricing out competing plans and steeling myself for an ETF, but I rooted... yesterday, installed CM6, and it's been night and day. Just installed SetCPU now, hopefully that's a similar improvement.
@grok_this: No, I think you're missing his point. A plane isn't just going to pop into existence in the middle of a wind farm. And even if it did, it would have to go from the wind farm to wherever the terrorists/commies are planning on attacking. Yes it's "invisible" while it's over/near the wind farm but it can't…
@GiRtheWaffler: All of South Park is available on [www.southparkstudios.com] as far as I'm aware. There's a weird recent episode blackout that goes into effect a day or two after an episode is posted and lasts for a month or two, but if you're quick to watch them you can see them the day after they're posted, before…
@dallasmay: Droid 2/X both use a stripped-down BLUR skin. The Moment is a last-generation device that I'm honestly surprised they're still selling. Its replacement, the Intercept, isn't really a high-end phone either as far as I can tell. I confess I never looked into T-Mobile phones due to my utter lack of…
@dallasmay: The "don't buy it if it's skinned" idea sounds great on paper, but I can't think of any vanilla-android devices currently on the market new from carriers.
@Charliehorse: Diamonds have... cleavage?
@schunniky: "Is illegal" and "isn't ever done" are notably different just about everywhere, as far as I'm aware.
@madisondj: TI has been on an ass-kicking marathon lately with its dev tools too. I really like their stuff for some reason.
@cc: My phone runs better with regular application of taskiller. You may not like it, but it's true. Battery lasts longer, interface and apps are generally faster.
@GoP: Reading a graph incorrectly = sarcasm? Who knew?
@GoP: Independent axis is the age, dependent axis is the number of partners.
Is there a reason he shows no input methods other than a keyboard? Also, this thing is frail, appears difficult to use, and probably doesn't have fabulous battery life. I've been using the same set of batteries in my TI-89 for at least 4 years.
@FrankenPC: Plus a beagleboard, which is another $150.
@Jay Phelps: I don't think my concern is security-related, nor is it nitpicking. If you get rid of the physical lock, the electronic lock must be bulletproof because what recourse do you have if it fails? A locksmith can't help you. The only option is to break either the door or a window.
@tomsomething: Smashing a door with a sledgehammer is a noisy, obvious act. Applying a significant, damaging voltage to the battery terminals could be done quickly and silently, without any limb-waving as a sledgehammer would require.
@tande04: And what about when some jackass vandal decides to apply 1kv (or more) to your strips of metal?
