I don’t understand why they’re so against the development of a manual for this platform. The transmission already exists in the M240i and the rest of the current B58 powered BMWs.

How about a Toyota variant with no BMW?

How about a variant with less ugly?

Nostalgia is a hell of a drug, I’ve wanted a Intrega Type R back in the 90's but couldn’t. I waited 20 years for a Type R and now I have FK8 in championship white. I hunted and found one at msrp.

More power meaning Toyota will just be truthful about the Supra having the same horsepower as the Z4 engine it shares? But in their defense maybe an engineer just “forgot” to cripple the Supra’s ECU before production started to remove it.

The C8 Corvette is going to be such an incredible problem for this car.

Lol, corvette engineers should post this pic up with the caption, “see, mid engine not such a bad decision now, eh”?

Not sure driver was an asshat, I noticed driving the canyon roads in Yellowstone this summer that every driver loves to hug the center line on turns. My in laws were scared of my driving, I was hugging the outside line because we were driving an Expedition on some narrow roads up Beartooth Pass... it’s bound to

Welll... That depends. What car are we talkin about? 🙄

I think the this gen cruze looks really good. But gawd that stop/start thing, ugh.

I don’t think you were harsh enough.

I had a 2011 Sentra (not by choice) gawd what a POS that was. Turning radius of a bus, corners cut everywhere. Really its so bad the CVT is probably the best thing about the car. And yet the worst thing I ever rented/drove was a Dodge Caliber. That car literally gave me sciatica.

Fun story, I recently got a new supervisor at work who moved out here (Utah) from New Jersey. On his initial visit out before he moved, I noticed that he was driving a Chevy Trax rental. So I asked him “What do you drive? Because I noticed your rental is a Trax, so that’s what I’m associating you with, and nobody

“By far, the worst rentals come from Nissan.”

The Sentra is an epic piece of shit.  Had one for two days.  Never again.  I told the agent that rented it to me to put me down as never wanting one of those again.  Same went for the Jeep Patriot, but I don’t rent from Enterprise anymore because of it.

Over the past year, for the not so usual rental, I have had a couple Dodge Chargers, an Audi A6, and a CT6. Those aren’t bad at all. I’ve had the run of the mill Camry, Corolla, Elantra, and Fusion rentals, which offer exactly what you’d expect.

I rent cars quite often and move equipment regularly in them. Nothing huge but I mostly prefer hatchbacks. I will usually self pick a Soul. You do need to be aware that there are 2 engine choices. The 1.6 is usually the one at the rental lot. It is down on power and needs you to use the accelerator digitally. Flooring

The piece of shit in the article picture....the Ford Ecosport. Holy shit I cannot tell you how much I hated that piece of fucking garbage glorified non-functional toaster. Cramped, useless cargo capacity, the softest-yet-bounciest suspension in the history of cars, and hamster-like power. I swear to god it took 700

The joy of government travelling is the cheapest rental is your only option.  So it is a tossup between Nissan Versa’s (often with low tire pressure lights) and Hyundai Accent... the last one with separating steel belts showing through the front tire (thanks Hertz, you miserable f$ckers).

I always somehow end up renting a Nissan Juke,Versa or Rouge. All 3 absolute piles of garbage.
