Keep in mind, this isn't the first time Scorsese had to bail out on doing a biopic of a Rat Packer. About 20 years ago he was supposed to do a Dean Martin biopic starring Tom Hanks. *That* never happened.

Sounds like this biopic was gonna be The Last Temptation of Ol' Blue Eyes.
