A couple of things Patricia; That list does not include moves. It’s only base stats. The “power” is misleading on moves since they each have their own attack speeds. When you factor those in, the strongest become Vaporeon(or possibly Blastoise, we don’t know exactly how the dmg formula works if DEF is move valuable…
