There’s always a faster car. In my years of motoring, which arent that many, I’ve found that chasing speed and “fast” really is just an endless jaunt. It’s better to just drive whatever puts the biggest smile on your face.

I was literally setting money I didn’t have on fire in my garage.

a little birdie told me that a lot of the really cool features they wanted to bring out for the 7, had to be pushed to the 8... my guess is we could see that phone sooner than 2 years out. The 7 gives me no compelling reason to upgrade from my 6.. I’ll sit tight.

As someone who shoots fast things for a living, those fences are there for a reason. Yes, I am sometimes in positions where there is nothing between me and the car, but not often is the car traveling at triple-digit speeds like these were. I don't mind needing telephoto lenses if that means I'm safely behind something

The humble mechanic if you own a VW.

What isn’t known to cause cancer or reproductive harm in California?

Honestly, good. I love anything that helps push the advancement of technology. It may cost a bit of money, but so did the space program in its hayday

I don’t get distracted by travel in SD so

I saw an imported R32 Skyline sedan (RHD and all) at Lime Rock in May, so they do exist. But Japanese quality back then and earlier was shoddy, so many Japanese cars rusted and fell into disrepair. I’m also thinking that people didn’t really think much about how collectible some cars would be today.

I hate Puffalumps.

It should also look good if at all possible. The Elise is fun as hell to drive but gets worse-looking the more functional pieces get tacked on.

Still looks better than this weird thing

Hey, cool opinion.

Best looking Civic in a while.

Can I go to pebble beach alone and still have a great time that is worth the experience, an experience that I can only reminisce about with myself in the future?

Can any post-Willys Jeep really be considered a “classic”? I think they’re too new for that.
