S6 to me was AT experimenting WAY too much, but I seriously thought it was pretty great.

The writers by now HAVE to know with the heavy-plots floating around, its way too risky experimenting around like they did last season.

Id throw Varmints in the race as well, but yeah its def not the hottest time for AT right now. Im super excited for a Betty arc, so the show still has the story structure, it just plays loose with it here and there.

And a Fionna & Cake cameo too dammit! My fanfic must be aligned to perfection!

Thats series finale levels of awesomeness there, I like the idea since all the characters have ties with each other, and adding Finn & Jake there would make the emotional moments a tad hilarious.

Ive personally really been enjoying this season. It doesnt have the consistency of the earlier seasons, but it still churns out great eps and hasnt truly disappointed. One, I love SU, but thats in its second and AT's at its 7th, so its really unfair to compare there.

"Hmmm duuur Sugar worked for AT, Marcy had a soul with Sugar"

"Betty" had so much going on that two-parts would have been even better, and this has something but lacks for a good half.

Im really liking this spin on it, Betty would mean well but of course by now she has to be spellbound and crazed. Something something Simon will be brought up again.

No doubt about it, it also came off a bit rushed too y'know. I say cut the middle man and get to the point.

"wenk wenk"

WE HAVE A BETTY SIGHTING!! A terrific cliffhanger to a pretty solid week of AT. I cant wait for a Ice King/Betty ep, and Im not talking about Simon. The fox plot went nowhere to me, it was fun but had no payoff.

Damn that catchy song telling me Im part of an never-ending cycle destined to give back to the world. Damn it!

Nice! After this Im investing on Lepore's other work.

I wouldnt complain at a BMO story following up on his skinny-dipping dilemma. Follow up with a Ice King appearance, and you have gold.

I honestly had low expectations for this, but this was a great guest ep. The stop-motion took me time to get used to, but it looked painstakingly great. From BMO wanting to skinny-dip to Jake giving a storm his sun-filled happiness, it actually felt like Adventure Time, instead of a mad experiment which cn go either…

Hmm, Id feel something if only I gave a damn about Power Rangers after Dino Thunder…. or the space one. How appropriate he used the very object that stunk his entire career after. Tsk tsk.

Somebody has to say it, but Stanford>Darwin. Anyone tackling with Bill Cipher gets my vote.

I dunno, Jake's manly screeches are pretty up there.

This was legit creepy, no need for gore, jumpscares, and the inevitable moment when the victim one ups the "monster," so as a nod to horror tropes it also did better in 11 mins than most "horror" movies from 2015.
