SU REALLY needs to be 22 mins. Its so complex and depth-filled 11 mins is more harm than good at this point.

I love YD's progressive and calm anger when Peri steadily defies her. Their one-on-one confrontation will be amazing.

You honestly drive a good point. I agree it was a bit shoehorned in, and maybe even contrived, but they excelled at packing the scene with Peri & the CGs with raw emotion and some great acting/animation.

Thought for sure we'd get that on The Test, but we're definitely getting it soon.

Probbly for the same reasons Rose being Pink Diamond isnt brought up so far, maybe to build up some "twist" and have us mark the fuck out.

Props to the voice acting in this also, I dont know when (or if ever) SU has subpar acting, but it really added to the emotion and made everything more endearing.

The lack of Peridot so far is starting to show, but this was a delight. Connie especially was the highlight, giving some of her best lines and tender moments. Amethyst is so under the radar with her delivery, shes so damn great.
