So who owns “free market theory” and what authority defines this as bad acting? Hobbes? 

Stud walls have two sides. All apartments have very little between them. Someone just made a hole. 

But what’s the societal harm? What’s the externality that should discourage this? It’s a new vehicle which is similiar to many other vehicles. Nobody is being harmed, and if someone wants it right now they can pay a premium. This is a handful of thousands. If it’s a special edition this has been happening for years…
