I agree. I think Curse is a prerequisite to get full experience of Project. I saw Curse shortly before the film and really did add a lot to it.

That sounds all too likely, unfortunately.
damn I hate typos! *when = one of
After the original gave us when the greatest twist endings of all time, it feels just odd to be remaking it. Either we already know the twist, or it’s going to be contorted into something else for the twist that it doesn’t seem appropriate to call it Jacob’s Ladder. Kind of like remaking Sixth Sense...
The Edmure Tully question isn’t really much of a question. All the Frey women were still alive, including his wife. It doesn’t take a huge leap of the imagination that as soon as all the Frey men were dead, his wife let him out of the dungeons. Ellaria, on the other hand, had no such person to come looking for her.
That’s what I thought too, not a divergent timeline or reality at all, but Steve had been there growing old the whole time.
And Legacy was certainly the cream of the crop from the Dark Horse SW run. Of all the stuff lost from cannon, that’s what I’ll really miss.
It’s rough around the edges, but there’s some good stuff in there.
I was thinking Miller, I don’t know the Anderson run.
KotR was also when of the best SW comics lines that Dark Horse ever put out, along with Legacy. It’s not always about the gamers.
Caitlan took Tyrion captive because she thought he sent the assassin to kill her and Bran after the fall from the window didn’t finish off Bran. When Tyrion was taken, that led Jaime to confront Ned, killing many northmen and leaving Ned weak and crippled for last weeks of his life. So there’s that.
Totally thought the same.
Who else wanted to level a city with the pure white light of anger after reading that “Akira” synopsis.
That woman is a superstar waiting to happen. MCU, DCEU, Fox, somebody, somewhere, make this women your leading lady in an action film!!
I was hoping for a Second Age story ever since the Amazon deal was announced.
I bet he’s the guy who looks at a Pollack painting and proudly declares, “my kid could do that.”
... or I guess the Evil Dead reboot had even more? https://bloody-disgusting.com/news/3211993/special-report-the-set-of-evil-dead-is-violent-chaotic-and-bloody-as-hell-part-one/
I *think* the blood gushing out of the wall scene from Evil Dead 2 had even more blood. Unfortunately, can’t find an awesome gif of it though.
This map also shows a mountain range and forest to the east of the inland Rhun sea that I’ve never seen on any Middle-Earth map before. I wonder if some exploration of the little discussed eastern lands will be an aspect of the show?
The whole of the Silmarillion would probably be impossible. But Children of Hurin and Beren and Luthian would make incredible limited series.
