Not only do they use his ARRANGEMENT, though:  they ALSO use his LYRIC CHANGE.  If you advance the video to 2:12, you'll hear the singers from "Glee" singing the lyric "Johnny C's in trouble".  Johnny C is, of course, Jonathan Coulton.
