What would happen if everyone (who wants to) added @realDonaldTrump to every tweet they send for the next four years?

I’m a stander, too. I get the plausibility of doing that still seated, but what I don’t get are the sounds I hear occasionally in the stalls at work that clearly sound like a wiping back-and-forth kind of thing. How is wiping even possibly not a once and done, repeat routine?
