It’s a moderately clever scam. That’s all. I mean given all the crap I pulled in College (and I’m not a partier) this is pretty low on the list of college pranks, scams and idiot moves. I figure the college lost $20ish and saved a few bucks for not having to give out free electricity a few times.

Most EV owners are peak assholes themselves from experience regardless.  Not saying it’s right that he did it.  I award him two stars for how clever it was though.
