“Don’t pick a fight with a giant unless you know you can win it.”

What you’re missing, is the fact that one rogue conservative judge (which the SCOTUS declined to challenge) made FTC’s job nearly impossible — they had to demonstrate clear harm. Monopolies, and the corporate mergers that produce them, cause harm by their very existence, but it’s subtle and extremely difficult to

let me give you an example even a simple minded brain worm infested dumbass like you can understand

It says so much to me that the users that are most strongly in favor of the deal will initiate a debate by asking a question on someone else’s comment (seemingly to get them to elaborate on their opinion) and immediately start dictating the terms of the debate.

You know you can just dismiss children who think that stating a point of view publicly is an invitation for “debate”, in whatever ossified context of structure that they have found comfortable for that term.

Or that the judge sucks, bootlicker. Happens all the time in this country. Just look at the SCOTUS. Lots of absolute vacuums up there.

You keep making this “BIG COMPANY BAD” comment to parody people making it as though they are inherently wrong, when it’s completely self-evident in both a historical and current perspective that increasingly large, under-scrutinized companies are, in fact, bad.

Weasel words to get around your previous wrongness.

That wasn’t my argument, just a statement of fact.

company A has an 80% revenue market share”

My fat ass will be speed running this game

If you get to the halfway point and don't think this a proper FF title I don't know what you played.

The demo was widely praised so I don't even know what you're talking about.

Still waiting for their article on why Black Panther is racist for not including Native Americans.

Kotaku trades in controversy clicks

XVI is top 5, possibly top 3 of Final Fantasies. Its thrilling, heartfelt, and is of exceeding overall quality; and it’s the quality of it that will easily carry it, much like XIV before it.

I have literally have not seen anyone but Kotaku pushing the race stuff

They had that one article about the game being racist, so now they have to prove the game sucks for some reason...

Damn it, stop using Twitter as your fucking source for every story.
