I predict we’ll see a lot more of this. I think this last election a good number of people were jaded to the whole thing. They didn’t like Clinton but thought Trump wouldn’t win so just ignored the whole thing. I think Trump winning has shaken people out of their apathy.

He’s been accused of shirking his royal duties because he’s been flying an air ambulance and not been able to attend as many of his royal duties because he’s been working a job like others. Now idiots are going to brand him lazy because he ‘just does royal duties of cutting ribbons and drinking champagne.

I think being British royalty has been compared to being in a “glass cage”—a real cushy lifestyle, but your entire life is under a microscope, especially in a society where a good portion might take the role of the monarchy seriously while others are looking for excuses to abolish them. I imagine Monarchists are apt

“Oh...nice gift. Thanks. Fuck this gift, it’s HIDEOUS.”

My daughter and I have tagged that “the Prince George toss.”

“Please Note We Are No Longer Accepting Letters of Recommendation from Henry Kissinger.”

I.... I don’t even know where to start with this. It would be one thing if your kid was attending the same actual school someone famous was also attending, but I don’t see how it’s bragging rights to attend an offshoot branch. I mean, they’re not even in the same country! You’ll never get to see Kate drop off her kid

True. But abusers can be the most charming pieces of shit. My ex told me a story while we were dating about an argument he had with an ex that ended in violence. He said she pushed him first, so of course I took his word for it. Now that I look at it know, it was probably self defense on her part.

What was the point of Chris Brown ever, if you want to get philosophical about it.

But really what is the obsession with giving this guy chance, after chance, after chance? Even the jaded side of me that thought putting him in stuff just to get clicks/viewers/reactions has to admit we’ve gone beyond that. There is something in the industry that seems hell bent on thinking there is nothing wrong with

I cannot wrap my head around Chris Brown and his almost infinite chances at redemption. Then the failure to appreciate the many opportunities to do so.

Naw, the “general public” doesn’t hate Chris Brown. They, and by “they” I mean mostly young women, continue to buy his music.

i mean, this is a show that stars anthony anderson who may have been acquitted but i will always side eye

I just got an e-mail from the Prudential Center this morning about his concert this weekend. How. Is. He. Still. A. Thing?

Perhaps when this episode was shot, the goal was to convey a meta message about image perception by featuring an artist with his own terrible public persona. If so, that wasn’t clearly expressed.

This is so disappointing. I love the show and will not be watching last night’s episode because I refuse to watch or listen to anything related to Chris Brown

I somehow missed that this was coming and when I saw Chris Brown I was like wait, is that.... And then I turned it off. No thanks! I can’t say it surprises me because Blackish is very much from a male perspective and has made comments about women that make me uncomfortable.

Chris Brown is indefensible. More importantly, young women who adore him (look him up on Twitter and prepare to be depressed at the amount of people in love with him) shouldn’t be asking why the media is out to “get him.” They should be asking themselves why they don’t think they would deserve better than him as a

I’m just going to let AV Club speak for me here:

I’ve said it here before, and I’ll say it again—in the words of Liz Lemon:
