It should bother you a little, since some Indian people have already pointed out that Apu is a little racist. It doesn't mean we need to burn Azaria in effigy or tear down Fox, it just means we should try to listen and think about this stuff more deliberately in the future.
It's not "white = bad", it's "white being used to do bad". There's a difference.
In general, I favor a generous interpretation for people who seem to give a damn about what they're doing. BH is a thoughtful-as-fuck show about people with complex inner lives, I figure it deserves a gracious take on an issue that doesn't have easy resolutions.
"Chinese rather than Vietnamese but yeah, closer anyway"
I'm not super enthusiastic about it either, but I also try to give shows the benefit of the doubt until they demonstrate thoughtlessness or carelessness, neither of which are accusations I'd level at a show like BH.

The overall story is great, but I still say Paranorman has too many shudders as it sets stuff up.
Paranorman averages out to a pretty good movie, and its peaks are undeniable, but I felt like it stumbled enough on some pacing and character beats that it didn't live up to the full potential.
I'm really glad my hipster journey took me into Afropop. Their rich cultural tapestry is perfect for leg day.
The Fight Club one is really well built. Conveys every level of the joke very effectively.
Considering how much doin' it the athletes apparently get up to at those villages, it sounds like we normies are already obviated.
