It's a real shame that these guys are such assholes, because there are legit issues with what is considered "worthwhile" sci-fi nowadays. Wired did a story today about the Puppies that summed things up really well, and it notes opinions from people at the show and in the industry, that there really isn't good

Yeah, and he smells bad too.

I apologize.

Thank you, and I'm sorry if I seemed to be gladly gearing up for the witch hunt. It sucks when this stuff rumbles around.

>'Proof' demands first an accusation. This is different from Cosby, who was accused by name by people who were ignored.

I don't think I'm doing holy work, I think I'm having a conversation. As long as you're convinced I'm some self-righteous ninny and not a guy who has some ambivalent feelings about a thorny issue, we're not going to able to have a reasonable discussion.

Ugh

It would be preferable for the people directly involved to do something decisive about it, but since neither CK nor the various industry folks who have talked about this have been willing to give a straight answer (affirmative or otherwise), the only attention it can get is from the audience.

What we have are several firsthand accounts of people talking about it in very vague terms, and then clamming up in highly non-committal ways whenever specifics are mentioned in the commentary. That's not proof, and I'm not suggesting it is, but it's really fucking weird. It is a very atypical response compared to

I'm being an asshole, don't worry about it.

While I agree with the principle behind expecting people to put up or shut up, it's also true that it took a long time for anyone to 'prove' anything about some other guys who will remain nameless.

Still no. Everything that matters about that deal came spontaneously into being when it left Twitter.

He was also pretty funny in Trainwreck. Nicely self-aware about the kind of person people would see in him if he weren't famous, and willing to play off of that.

While I find Mr. Jew to be generally unpleasant, reprehensible, & cetera, I just can't bring myself to care about joke theft on Twitter.

That's the worst Fonz impression I've ever seen.

When I watched it, I was in the middle of a "can't handle horror" phase, and it legit scared young Brulio. I recall that the night I watched it, I was home alone, and had to go turn on all the lights afterwards.

The Kasich that Wouldn't ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

I've just had all I can take of this naval-gazing

I can't imagine it's a well-defined statistic. Acting is kind of a flimsy career, especially when you're talking about the people who aren't actually making a living off of it, but trying to pursue the dream.

No, I think I've Hadal I can take.
