My exact thoughts! After reading the article I spent several minutes trying to figure out how a second long strap would help someone carry a bag over one shoulder. Backpack style was the only way I could see using a second strap to help avoid going cross body.

I don’t understand it either.  What would you do with 2 long straps?  Most of the crossbody straps are adjustable.  Just shorten it and where it over you shoulder if you don’t want it crossbody.

I admit it’s Friday afternoon and I’m fried but I don’t get it. You want one MORE strap? So...a backpack? Because if you don’t like the one strap on your shoulder or cross body and holding it all the time like the two handle straps is out...you’re left with a backpack.
