Dinosaur is not really the correct description, give it 20 years & cubicles will return. Dinosaurs likely will not. You can only torture your employees so much before they leave for another company that has a better working environment.

After working in all three: office, cubicle, & open space, I assure you, anyone who gets honest about it will admit the open space is absolutely the most miserable environment to spend the majority of your waking life in.
