On the list of things Burning Man is about, environmental causes don’t even crack the top 10. This is because the top 10 things are all drugs, Instagram clout, sex, different drugs, and the various combination and permutations thereof.

We love to take our 700+ horsepower $100k trucks to festivals about self-reliance and being kind to our earth mother or some such, don’t we folks.

I’ve been doing the overland thing for a while and while this would be annoying to try and cover a lot of interstate miles, I’m starting to realize that in the continental US, range isn’t really that big of an issue. I used to carry a lot of extra fuel with me when I went to really remote places, but I never used it.…

Did this dude willingly tell his story to news outlets? I would not be going public with this type of situation..... or does he actually think he’s the victim here?

Walking in parking lots back in LA I would see so many absolutely bald tires. Not just a few, but tons.
