BRuddy: Building Kick! EXPLOSION!
bruddy--building-kick--explos-old

@vinod1978: A one-off situation entirely different from what Goggle and Citysearch were doing? If it was a partnership wouldn't you hope/expect your partner to remove focus from dealings with other players? Doesn't that set context for exclusivity? "Featured listings" is basically all that was and heck Citysearch

@vinod1978: Actually that article doesn't address or mention any of that. This is simply just a situation where two representatives of the respective companies are discussing the state of local search and they quipped a bit back and forth. And this is after the fact of all the aborted acquisition stuff so of course

@vinod1978: I understand that there are less "paying customers" on Android relative to, say, iOS. I just wanted clarification as it was a contradictory statement.

@vinod1978: "Netflix doesn't have an app for Android because they don't believe that it's a platform where people are willing to pay for content."

@vinod1978: Oh but definitely an as-yet unreleased mobile OS is much more profitable than one whose growth is unprecedented? Makes so much sense, Vinod, I think my ears just folded in on themselves because I don't need to hear anything else EVER.

@vinod1978: Last comment needed it's own post. Anyhoo, you don't believe that if Netflix wanted to outdo Google in this scenario that the best way is to create a goddamned Netflix app??? Seriously?

@vinod1978: Bahahah you're fucking kidding me?

@ShockTerminal: Oh that opinion. Well that's just downright BUNK. Still get an F.

@ShockTerminal: The funniest part about this whole thing is that I fail to see this mystical "opinion" of yours you keep yammering about. You tried to correct OCEntertainment in his saying "iPhone at launch" by saying that the article says "iPad at launch." You were incorrect in your assessment of his comment. No

@ShockTerminal: Didn't you read (oh wait you have reading comp issues)? I clearly saw the facts that the analogy was the "direct equivalent" to your statement. It says it right there in my coment so it must be.

@vinod1978: So which board are you sitting on that made you privy to the knowledge that Google is in a competing nature with Netflix (directly or indirectly)?

@ShockTerminal: Well I feel that riding a bicycle without a seat and having the rod rammed up my ass is the more appropriate way to ride a bike (I heavily insist on it). It's my opinion and everyone should agree with me. Am I right?

@ShockTerminal: No it wasn't out of turn. It's called "snark." You should learn about it. I think there's some pop-up books you can pick up. Also, learn to let your pride go. It's just an internet blog. No one cares if you were wrong, just admit it.

@ShockTerminal: Haha you must be THAT dumb. Of course I'm being intentionally douchey. You asked for it. As for your original argument, you simply spoke out of turn without reading thoroughly and are trying to back it up by saying that it was the article's fault. Don't blame your obvious reading comprehension

@N7: I'm in. Let it be known!

@ShockTerminal: Or your brain any less capable of understanding a simple sentence, let alone the logic that goes into the understanding of that sentence.
