Luiz Guzman wants quiet.
This J. Jonah Jameson could have kicked Spider-man's ass.
With hugs.
I did the exact same thing as Alex when the Alternative Nation Tour came to the Kingswood Music Theatre at Canada's Wonderland in 1993. Stayed for Screaming Trees and Soul Asylum before fleeing the "theatre" before Spin Doctors took the stage.
Most of the article focuses on his work with Pinback. I really think Goblin Cock is getting the shaft.
Anyone else surprised it took this long?
I couldn't help but notice the omission of Manimal, the American action-adventure series starring a shape-shifting Simon MacCorkindale.
I enjoyed the Fox News article on this particular controversy. Boiled down: In the wake of The Interview, "how dare" he criticize this movie. These heroes died for his freedom of speech.
Not a problem. And if anyone needs a collision paint expert while in the Toronto area, I hear great things about Leo and his place.

After missing them during their first incarnation – I was a little too young – finally had a chance to see a version of the band at last year's Toronto Riot Fest. They did not disappoint. There was something special about standing with a few thousand other older fans screaming along to Bastards of Young.
Just saw a terrific set from Spoon at the James Street Supercrawl in Hamilton, Ont. Also saw performances from Operators and How To Dress Well.
I held mine a little closer last night.
Decided to spend a few days in Montreal. Saw the final show of the Arcade Fire's Reflektor Tour (predicted the Wolf Parade cover). As an added bonus, Spoon opened with an abbreviated set. Also spent part of an afternoon touring the World Press Photo 2014 exhibit.
Who doesn't love Dick?
Went and saw (and also heard, because they are one of those rock 'n' roll bands) The Constantines open the Peterborough Folk Festival. They are now my second favourite folk band after the New Christy Minstrels.
Everyone can relax. The Internet still works. I'm only here because of the Internet. And its working. Without it working, I would be doing something else. Like volunteer work. Or getting to know my neighbours. Or thinking about some of the bigger questions that torment us. Or finally finishing Assassin's Creed II.
I don't mind being the guy who upvotes the guy who is like "Hey, the new Real Estate album is great, I think." I'm also fine with – and accept – that.
As soon as I read that you were making up to $90 an hour working from your home, I desperately wanted to know what your story was. Thank you for sharing this courageous and inspiring journey from Walmart to easily bringing in around $40 to $86 hour online.
