Road courses in Europe (especially ones that host F1 races) have gravel traps or the red and blue abrasive tarmac for exactly this reason. You also can’t be LGBTQ+, a drag queen, smoke weed, get basic healthcare, have reliable infrastructure, or say the words “racism” or “slavery” out loud in Texas. So, yes, it’s cheaper to live in a second world country than a first world one.
