Too many questions, too many red flags. Plus gotta tow it home.
I know they haven’t been “stock” bodies for decades, but I will say these cars look a damn sight better than any Cup car has in a VERY long time. It’s not terribly different than DTM or Super GT now in that they’re all very much silhouette race cars. Finally they look a bit more like something recognizable.
$6200 for a 32 year old Camry? High book is less than half the asking. I’d consider maybe $3500 because it’s clean. There’s thousands of newer cars for less money than this thing
I feel anyone who “No Dices” this should be made to explain themselves publicly.
Would this car get me my own Mrs. Robinson? NP.
This was posted on Alfabb a couple of weeks ago. Based on the poster’s history, it appears legitimate. The price is cheap-ish, but not really crazy for a driver quality series 3. Being disfavored for the 80s styling, increased weight, and less eager Bosch fuel injection setup compared to earlier years of the 105/115…
Best ad I ever saw for one of these was in the Albuquerque Journal classifieds (remember classifieds?) some years ago (maybe 35 of ‘em):
The point where I tuned out and went straight for the ND button...
Except for two things this is probably a NP. The interior wear is concerning for this car at the reported low miles. I question the 73K.
Imagine this for a moment: It’s summertime, and you’re pulling up to a stoplight. As you come to a stop, there’s an absolute certified dime next to you. She’s driving something boring... maybe a mini-lux crossover like an Audi Q3.
Also related to water, but in another way - funny thing I discovered with the fancy, heated-bidet I bought for my master bath is it actually has a feature that helps with this. It pushes a slightly stronger, pulsing stream of water that can assist with encouraging your bottom to empty out (like an enema but only water…
This still doesn’t really fill the void for guys looking to dip their toes in to the brand, at least as best as I see it. No one is starting on an Electraglide or Road King, even if the price becomes a bit cheaper (Which doesn’t change the way the used bike market currently is anyways).
European plates actually look good, and European cars are designed around them, current bucktoothed BMWs notwithstanding
Since we’re talking about butts, I prefer Brazilian butts.
Agreed and a good Z3 can be had for a third of the price.
Buy a 2021 for $2500 more.

I mean, this thing looks awesome, but I kind of have to question the builder’s decision. If only 3 of these things were made, that makes this an incredibly rare vehicle that I think a solid argument could be made for keeping original.
