I’m not a fan of the styling and the Z3 M was a better looking car. These look bloated and heavy which they are. Still a nice car and I know major fun to drive. Too many miles for me though. ND

I don’t understand this desire to have an off-road motorhome. Those last two words don’t mix well to me. I raced desert cars for years and also had motorhomes we used as a base at distant pits. Always out in the middle of no where. Driving down a typical dirt desert or Mexican road would turn much of what was stored

This is one of the very, very few old Range Rovers that has escaped the crusher so far. There is so much to go wrong with one of these. Big ass ND

WTF have you been smoking? Why would anyone put that kind of repair work into an undependable shit box like this?

It has low miles because it was always at Fix It Again Tony’s shop to be repaired. If a car rusts in California you have a big problem. CP

$4,200 is in today’s daily driver/beater price range for a car that will be fun to drive. If it checks out, NP

I know most of you love Miatas and I understand why. But, this car is over-priced for the vintage and the high miles. Pass.

What a waste of a Jeep. I bet it gets high centered by a speed bump!

There’s no room in my garage for an Alfa that just needs a little work. ND

Back about 1970 we were going through Nebraska on I-90 and got caught in a hail storm. By the time I could pull under the next overpass the body of my new VW bug was destroyed. It’s too much work to repair hail damage to sheetmetal. The body of a Renault is made of tinfoil anyway. CP

It will make a great Pimpmobile, but I’m not in that line of work. ND

I love Jeeps and learned to drive in one. The F-head engine and Warn overdrive are nice upgrades, but not near enough. This is like a bunch over-priced. So no thanks.

I spaced out on another problem with the 928, the electrics. This 1983 928 still uses unreliable bullet fuses just like a 1949 VW. The fuse block is hidden under a piece plywood in the passenger footwell. When something quits working you dig into there first. But, whatever, it’s a nice looking car.

I think the price is a little high and I wonder if they will come down a bit? It is a manual trans and as Rob noted they are pretty rare. I had this car’s twin. The engine is really lacking in power compared to modern cars. It was still fun to drive, but not fun to work on. Little things like changing the clutch

I had a Mark VI. Those are city lights like any proper European car would have back in the early 1980s. It was a company car (buy American) and as my territory covered 7 states it wasn’t a bad choice even though the front seat was like sitting on a couch.

ROFLMAO!

I am not for lowered pick up trucks for starters. Then the price..... WTF were they thinking?

The price does seem high, but I’m not going to waste time looking at a blue book. My daughter in Seattle would love this car and her first car was a Volvo I bought new in 1979. NP

No way, Jose. What an ugly car.

Only a fool would buy this car. Way too many things to fix and that salvage title you can’t fix. This is just a parts car worth much less than the asking price.
