Yes. A guard that is driving can't be guarding at the same time. They would have to send a second guard if they had a guard driving.

In the book, Kerman talks about prisoners going off campus on a regular basis. She, and the other electronics women went into town with some regularity. So, I don't think the show is exaggerating the job at all.
Holy shit, Helena went all River Tam on those assholes!
That scene was so bizarre that I thought at first that maybe Aleida had set it up with Cesar to scare Bennett into giving up custody to Grandma Pornstache.
Nope… Like I said, was just trying to help.
Because, at the time I remembered that the showrunners had said she was a Berkeley hippie, and had forgotten that Cosima had made that statement about SF on the show.
It doesn't. I wasn't trying to put your point down or anything, I was just trying to say that both could easily be true statements. The showrunners have said that Cosima was a hippie Berkeley student, and Cosima has stated on the show that she is from San Francisco. The statements are not mutually exclusive.
Berkeley is across the bay from San Francisco. She could very easily have grown up in SF, then gone to school at UC-Berkeley, which is one of the top science schools in the nation.
Actually, my recollection is that Cosima was an undergrad at Berkeley(of course!), and was doing her grad work in Minnesota.
I think the writers must have watched a Clint Eastwood spaghetti western marathon before they wrote this. I was waiting for the Ennio Morricone score to come in as Helena and S. confronted each other.
First of all, the actor is way too tall for Manson, who is only 5'2" besides being too handsome. It's just bad casting. His shortness and his crazy eyes are his defining features.
Totally seconded.
Actually, even after the time jump, it may not even be 2015 yet in show reality. The show has never run in real time. They didn't finish their intern year until the end of season 3. The current crop of interns has also taken 3 seasons to complete 1 year. Show reality, if you actually counted back accurately is…
Well, May did train Skye, so she's got that advantage.
Yeah this article seemed like it was copied straight out of the comment sections at EW and TVLine with all the housewives hopping mad about their dear McDreamy being killed.
It was partly that, but it was mostly that the character was such an irredeemably colossal asshole that it gave audience members whiplash with her being viciously mean and career-sabotaging to Yang one minute and giggly and in love with Callie the next. Shonda fucked up the character beyond repair, and they forced her…
You're so right they are treating the viewers like they are retarded. For that plotline alone I give the episode a "D".
Oh my fucking god do I hate him. If he showed up at my office with his brats I would tell him to get his unprofessional ass out until he can find a babysitter. It would be all I could do to not punch him in the face. I'm not his fucking day care.
It's Panjabi, not Punjabi… Just sayin'
Yeah, they make that mistake all the time.
Please get this right.
