You mean totally in-character, we are talking about a guy who's just gone 3 for 3 in starting hero vs hero fights (World War Hulk, Civil War, Avengers Vs X-Men) in the past decade. Lol.

I suspect the reason Tony created the extremis armor is tied to his encounter with Thor. It wouldn't be beyond Stark to replicate Mjolnir's "magical properties" or worse steal Thor's DNA to do so.

Nolan doesn't do Director's cuts. His "director's cut" is what you see in theaters, also WB gave him full creative freedom after the billion dollar success that was TDK.

I really want to see some in depth behind-the-scene details on the costume design, absolutely loved the entire movie wardrobe, from Bane's militaristic assortment to Catwoman channeling elements of Audrey Hepburn. Preordered and waiting ;)
