RIGHT?!
RIGHT?!
And The Stand.
Wait, you haven’t even seen Frozen Empire yet? I mean, I thought Afterlife was pretty boring, and I don’t plan on seeing Frozen Empire until it’s streaming on something I’m already paying for, but writing this article (admittedly well written) without even seeing the new one is weird.
The several women in Frozen Empire that bust ghosts might disagree with your final paragraph there.
“Let’s say this Twinkie represents the normal amount of psychokinetic energy in the New York area. According to this morning’s sample, it would be a Twinkie 3.9 inches tall, weighing approximately 1.4 ounces.”
Blood Simple is definitely his greatest role, but I also really enjoyed his small role in Raising Arizona as “machine shop ear-bender”, we’ve all known someone like that at work. I think I might have even been that guy on occasion.
At the very least I’d expect Margot Robbie to be one of the leading ladies... :)
Eon probably won’t do it, due to the costs involved, but for me it’s time to strip Bond back down to the basics and set the films back during the 1950's cold war era the original novels take place in.
More like the first Mario game, but a fun one!
The Popeye video game was more like the first Mario Bros game, and having played it recently it’s more challenging that it appears, and the graphics are good, if you like retro games, it’s pretty solid.
“You know when something barely works one time, and it is only by the grace of god that everyone involved is not permanently financially ruined? Well, would it make sense to try that thing a second time, willingly subjecting yourself to the obvious risks a second time?”
How long until the stupid horror public-domain version?
It was weird and perfect and, somehow, a musical.
the Altman Popeye rips, ya joyless hacks
I’m just in it for the ornithology.
I’m usually pretty forgiving of CGI effects, but I still can’t believe someone saw that windsurfing Bond and thought, “Ah, yes, good, good; print it.” I hope that was at least a last minute Oh-shit-we-have-to-lock-it-in-to-hit-our-release-date decision.
Connery, serious Bond
Body shaming is bad.
IDK... it made $5 million. Assuming that a ticket costs about $10 on average for a nice number thats... 500,000 people who paid to see this movie. Also assuming that no one went to see it again (and who knows! there are superfans of everything), that’s a pretty small number of people who saw it. 500K is a bit less…
