Her face is so placid, it reveals nothing of her homicidal fury.

Now playing

You’ve probably seen this, but I can’t resist posting it again, with the “Regency” references.

I think what you’re objecting to is lazy, inconsistent writing, not a character flaw.

This is the brilliance of the Jared character: he is always, always, surprising everyone.

I got lost for about 7 or 8 seconds thinking about Jared’s forced adoption....

And casually mentioning to Monica, as an aside: “And since you’re my best friend...”

Honestly, I don’t like their sound but I marveled at this video, and how they made all the traffic and pedestrians vanish.

We’re complete opposites I guess. I thought Peter Krause’s blandness made him perfect for Parenthood. But never believed for a minute that he was David’s brother, or came from the Fisher family at all.

This year is the 20th anniversary of the murder, and I’ve already seen at least two true-crime rehashes Cunanan’s spree. I don’t care what Ryan Murphy does, but this does feel like it’ll add nothing we haven’t already heard a million times already.

from the story:

Same, same.

I did come to dread the Claire-heavy episodes; the writing for her kept going downhill. Actually was never thrilled eith Peter Krause’s casting either...

Not gonna lie—I like how clothes look and move on lean people.

Oh right. “Lisa”—didn’t fit her character.

Yes. She is so actor-y.

Given her history, I can’t believe an insurance company would agree to cover this casting for the film.

I sort of liked her in Six Feet Under, as the perpetual killjoy Claire, but I haven’t enjoyed her since (e.g., American Crime). She always looks like she’s twisting a Kleenex into shreds.

Oh, that. HELL yeah.

Both are. I meant Lili Taylor. She always looks exactly the same: anguished. Here she is from the trailer (I guess she plays an aunt or something).

I don’t know, it looked very Ordinary People-ish to me: Unconventional (though deep-down conventional) psychiatrist teaches bitter young patient to love life again.
