blockbuster on demand, and blockbuster movie pass are 2 different things. movie pass, which is a netflix like service, will only be available to dish customers. on demand is a rental service. example, you want to rent a movie, you pay 3.99 for that movie. you want to watch another one? thats another 3.99.
