most people are only talking about taping the police, but what if you were the one whose picture was being taken? would you ask the person to stop, what if they refused? its uncomfortable, whether you are a police officer or a civilian, to have a stranger either photographing you or video taping you.

i have about 6 gx270 machines sitting in my warehouse that are dead from exploded caps. they crapped out after the extended warranty period so they are just boat anchors right now.

@Fossa: BINGO! you can use a song for a video clip, there is no reason you cannot. when youtube takes your video down, simply file the dispute letter citing the fair use act and it will be restored. i have done it many times. you can use clips of songs, but usually you cannot use the entire song.
