I can’t find the specific tweet at the moment, but essentially, he was singing karaoke and some type of unspecified medical emergency led to him choking on (his own) blood in his throat.  That led to him passing out and being in a coma (?) for several days.  He didn’t specify what/if the underlying condition was/is.
